We were tasked with creating a series of blogs for linguistics industry expert Global Lingo. They specialise in professional translation, transcription and interpretation for businesses. They were looking to not only showcase their expertise as thought-leaders but to get their content ranking on Google.
Industry expert content requires a lot more research and we like to go above and beyond. We really get to know the client in order to take in as much industry expertise from the experts themselves as possible. We personalised their content with quotes from the Global Lingo team. We also want them to rank for relevant, conversion-focused keywords, so we researched highly technical keywords specific to their industry.
The blog ‘Creative Translation vs Literal translation’ performed incredibly well with the main keyword ranking #3 on Google within a month of going live and maintaining that position for the past 3 months that it’s been live. The secondary keywords are also rising up the Google ladder each week.
