Our approach is user-centric, so all content will be written with your reader in mind and polished by your editorial team before being sent to you for review.
- Client to provide written drafts or super clear briefs
- The focus of our work is on writing, and not strategic projects (i.e. calls, emails, planning, etc)
- UX and layouts are to be provided by the client
- If calls are required for a piece of content, this will use 1.5 words for 1 word. E.g. if a 500-word “About” page requires an interview then we will use 750-words from the allowance (min usage is 750-words)
- For emails newsletters, we will use 2 words for 1 word
